These courses are available both for the Law students as well as the Graduates of other fields. D.E.S. Law College offers the following Diploma Courses: 1) Diploma in Taxation Laws. 2) Certificate Course in Forensic and Medical Jurisprudence. Qualification: To be eligible for admission, a candidate must be a graduate of any faculty of any University whose degree is recognized to be equivalent to the corresponding degree of Pune University. Duration: One academic year. Diploma in Taxation Laws Career in Law is not restricted to handling civil or criminal court cases.A Diploma in Taxation Laws helps the student to pursue career in various accountancy firms, private organizations as well as individual consultant. This is aimed at individuals who wish to extend their professional expertise and to combine it with a broad understanding of the taxation structure. Certificate Course in Forensic and Medical Jurisprudence With the rising awareness about the rights of the consumer and more importantly patients and the corresponding duties of Doctors, there is a marked increase in medical lawsuit. This Course emphasizes on the knowledge of Forensic Science and Medical Jurisprudence aiding the procedural implementation of laws especially in the area of Criminal investigation.
